American Idol Opens Up Online Auditions

For the first time in the American Idol history, they will accept online video auditions in addition to their regular onstage performances. Going into the 10th anniversary season will not only bring a new cast of judges but the opportunity to open up the talent across the nation.

On September 15, 2010, American Idol announced they will accept online auditions via MySpace. There are video limitations but the chance to get your voice and talent heard has no boundaries! Click here to read the official announcement.

No One Should Fall Behind

September 27, 2010 kicked off Education Nation Week and streams of coverage are widespread across the US, particularly at the Learning Plaza in New York.

The educational statistics revealed in numerous reports, have added to the rising concern in the today’s classrooms and stresses that the challenges need to be addressed. Bottom line, the numbers are alarming but they can be improved with everyone coming together, not just teachers but also parents, to work on a shared goal – education for our youth!

Our youth need to be taught the tools and resources to succeed through their personal and professional development. They also need to understand that education is pivotal to their future, no buts about it. At Club T Events, through our events, we demonstrate to the youth that values are important and violence is not tolerated. Taking a stand in our community to be a part of the youth’s nurturing will reap a rewarding future and no one should fall behind or be a part of the drop out statistics.

Our organization will be committed to the Education Nation initiative long after the events being held from September 26 to 30th. We challenge the communities, parents and educational centers to join us in this movement to ensure that the youth of today not only receive the proper education but also learn values in life so they are equipped with the knowledge they need to rise above adversity.

Expanding Beyond High School

Club T Events has teamed up with The Boys and Girls Club of Collin County (Plano Branch) to bring events beyond the youth in high school. A collaboration between two organizations, working toward a common goal, is sure to draw awareness and the importance of our youth in today’s communities.

The “Crunk Down” will kick off in October with the first event being coordinated for the middle school sector, ages 11 to 14. While the event details are in the initial planning stages, the kids can look forward to a night of live entertainment and fun.

Club T Events recently celebrated their first full year in the entertainment and event industry and looks forward to a greater presence in the DFW metroplex by offering events to the public of all ages! By establishing a deeper rapport with The Boys and Girls Club, the organization extends their voice to another sector of kids to expose them to options and opportunities to have fun in a safe and controlled environment.

Club T Events has teamed up again with 909 Commission to continue to bring teen events to the Thunderbird Roller Ring.

The theme of the fall mini-concert series will be under the umbrella of “Schools Back In Session” teen parties with electrifying breaking talent to take the stage but also underground artists to continue to pass through the Thunderbird.

Club T Events Celebrates One Year

In August 2009, Club T Events emerged officially to offer the public and the artists an avenue to entertainment in the Dallas Metroplex area. By focusing on creating a fun outlet and drawing awareness to music, everything will come together to build on the vision of Club T Events.

It’s all about the kids,” said Owner, Darryl Brisco. “Thanks to our outstanding staff, fans, artists and community support, Club T Events continues to grow in the entertainment industry.”

At the beginning of the year, Club T Events created a foundation around giving the fan base the ultimate experience and we attribute this to our commitment to delivering extreme events wherein everyone can enjoy themselves in a safe controlled environment. Since the founding in 2009, Club T Events has been instrumental in providing a number of events, signing emerging artists and promoting community awareness. We will continue to focus on our vision and plan to build out our roadmap to a national level.

Summer Fest To Be the BIGGEST Concert in Garland Texas

August 21 will debut the first annual Club T Events Summer Fest with DJ Wildhairr at the Special Events Center in Garland. With the stellar lineup of national and local artists, the Summer Fest concert is going to be the BIGGEST ever in Garland!

The Summer Fest is open to the public of all ages and tickets are available for purchase online through the Special Events Center or at their box office located at 4999 Naaman Forest Blvd (Garland TX 75040). All fans are encouraged to purchase their tickets in advance so they don’t get caught up in the box office lineup on August 21 and miss the concert opening!

Summer Fest Lineup: The featured performances Soulja Boy, Lil Twist, Webbie, Pretty Ricky and New Boyz will be joined by unparalleled entertainment Redd, Bougie Girlz, Tum Tum & The DCC, BMC Boyz, B-Hamp, Cutta C, TReal Lee, Prince Rick, Ricochett, Yung Juice, KBZO, Young T and more. These artists are a collection of unique talent and will debut a blend of their top songs.

Media: K104 fm, is the Club T Events and DJ Wildhairr Summer Fest’s official radio station. It is the ultimate Hip Hop and R&B destination in Dallas for concerts, music, entertainment, and community support. Through the month of August, K104fm will be broadcasting across the radio waves Summer Fest tickets and CAT DADDY will be live “in the action” at the festival on August 21. In addition to the radio coverage, MTV and BET will be at the concert filming segments for their shows.
